Lakes Region Sanitary District is a public utility company serving northwest Lake County by protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the district with a state-of-the-art system for the collection and transmission of wastewater. The challenging site for the new headquarters building had been a spoils site for state highway realignment construction and the building required extensive specialty foundation design. The newly designed headquarters houses the administrative offices, public meeting room, maintenance and storage garage, and shop facilities.
