Chartered over one hundred years ago, Plumbers Local Union 130 has grown from 13 to 950 members in Northeastern Illinois. In response to the growth of the membership and training programs, we designed a new, 25,000 s.f. facility with training areas, offices, and a meeting facility in Volo, Illinois. The new union facility was built within 9 months and our services included building design, site work, landscape architecture, MEP, interior design, furnishings, and contract administration.
