State Bank of The Lakes – Round Lake

State Bank of The Lakes is a member of the Wintrust Financial Corporation, with assets above $17 billion. The new facility on Rollins Road serves the growing communities of Antioch, Grayslake, Lake Villa, Lindenhurst and Round Lake Beach, providing community-oriented, personal and commercial banking services.

The new two-story bank with attached covered drive-up facility occupies a prominent site on Rollins Road.

Its solid masonry construction of stone and brick reinforce the quality Wintrust brand image of refinement and tradition. The building exterior and interior includes rich architectural details that have defined the brand, such as stone accents, coffered ceilings, tile craftsmanship, and custom millwork.

Exterior facade details include an oak leaf pattern in green stone suggesting growth, strength, and stability. This botanical theme of growth and life is repeated on the interior with vibrant carpet patterns & colors.

Extensive wood millwork defines the teller area. Wide wood wall and ceiling trim add emphasis to the traditional theme. Coffered wood ceilings also provide a measure of across-the-room acoustic control, to maintain confidentiality for the business conducted in the personal banker office area.

Current building technologies, including an all-LED lighting system, provide the advantages of high-efficiency and low maintenance for years to come.
