Larsen Marine, established in 1933, is a premier marine services provider and offers one of the largest boat yards and marinas on the western shore of Lake Michigan. Our most recent project with the Larsen Family, a heated 20,400 sf indoor boat storage and service facility, features extensive use of energy efficient lighting and controls, enabling the client to claim considerable tax deductions. We provided Special Use permit assistance which was required because of the large size of the structure. The new 35′ tall, open plan facility has giant hydraulic doors which allow boats to be easily moved, stored and maintained. We provided construction management services of the building which was quickly constructed in less than 3 months.
